Fall

Why did these rivers bend
Why did the song end
Ohh… leave the languid feather,
In the abyss I descend

The music of flutter,
I see the images above clutter.
The zenith of joy is not far
As the last sorrow my breath utters.

Waving my hands to woebegone look,
The gleam remained and my eyes drooped,
Rationale surrendered and conscience took,
Funny loop ends in iterative hook.

Constant smile defining the demeanor,
Wishes to dream forever,
As the existence is surreal,
Memory cons and defies what’s clear .

You and Me

If ever Love took a mortal form
And chose to descent on this mortal World.
If ever Cupid’s arrow struck and pierced the hearts full of love.
If ever nature danced in joy
and bowed Her head in tribulation to God.
If ever sky kneeled down and embraced this Earth with open arms.
If ever water personified sympathy
And quenched the thirsty tiery desert.
If ever chilly winters shook hands with warmth
And paved the way for Sun to walk in pride at night.
Looking ahead in the same way, if ever God smiled
It was seeing You and Me together reside.

Go to Sleep...

Nature closed her eyes,

I was awake though.

In the wake of her dreams,

I allowed my night to flow.

Disturbed finding they were all mine,

Meeting people I always knew.

All part of me, never understood

lucid was all, when discussed by the crew.

Realizing she and me alike,

calm was my mind,

Charmed by the moment's beauty,

I wished to have no rewind.

Life Loved the Art and kissed Talent,

I kissed the sleeping beauty in the End.

She saw my dream and inked the brink,

I wish Mother Nature had just a wink.
